My experience spans over 14 years in project management, building successful online platforms and business
development in different countries. I have worked in such spheres as IT, hospitality and online commerce, and managed teams in
international projects, including companies in Russia, Italy, Ukraine and Sri Lanka.
My goal is to launch and develop new projects, build teams and optimize business processes to achieve maximum results.

- Launched more than 50 projects, including online platforms, mobile applications and marketing solutions for major companies such as MTS, Tinkoff, Dixy, Pyaterochka, HeadHunter and Zewa.
- Create and manage an online store that ranked in the top 3 in the niche in terms of sales.
- Experience in the hospitality industry: managing villas in Sri Lanka, developing tourism and customer services.
- Successful implementation of international projects, adaptation of solutions to local peculiarities.
- Experience implementing gamification systems to increase engagement and efficiency.
Experience
Head of Web Development
Organizing the work of the department, managing projects and the development team. During my time with the company, my team has successfully implemented many projects, including complex web platforms, mobile applications and integrations with external APIs. My experience combines managerial competencies and technical knowledge, which allowed me to effectively develop projects for large clients.
Creating and managing an online store
Creating and managing an online store from scratch: from development to analytics and promotion. My work helped to bring the store into the top 3 in the niche in terms of sales. I was involved in the full cycle of processes: from working with clients to logistics and data analysis.
Hospitality management
Managing multiple villa and hotel operations, marketing and developing tourism services in Sri Lanka. This experience helped me to learn new approaches in management, especially in the service and tourism business, and in international communication with customers.
Experience in development
I have built and maintained backends for large projects at various companies. My work included development of architectural solutions, integration with external systems and APIs, as well as implementation of new technologies to improve business processes.
