What the plugin does
- Creates, edits and moves tasks, and prepares descriptions, links and checklists.
- Works with assignees, dates, colors, projects, boards, columns and stickers.
- Adds subtasks, messages and files, and keeps multiple company profiles separate.
- Reads YouGile again after a change and reports the result that was actually saved.
Control and security
- Shows the complete plan by default and changes nothing before confirmation.
- Keeps the YouGile key in the operating system credential store rather than agent chat.
- Does not blindly retry an operation that could create a duplicate after an unknown response.
Capability boundaries
- Can perform only actions allowed by the connected YouGile account and key.
- Does not replace every administrative feature: user and webhook management and project or board deletion remain unsupported.
- Headless server Linux is not currently supported.
Useful for professionals too
The plugin handles repetitive operations such as preparing task batches, moving work between columns, assigning people and dates, and adding checklists, messages and files. This is especially useful when launching a project, planning a sprint or standardizing several boards.
The specialist keeps control of the workflow: review the plan first, confirm the change, then inspect the result read back from YouGile. Repeated work becomes faster while the risk of missing a field, mixing company profiles or creating a duplicate is reduced.

Do I need to paste a YouGile key into chat?
No. The plugin helps obtain the key and stores it in the operating system protected credential store.
Can it manage multiple companies?
Yes. Company profiles remain separate, while operations across multiple companies require separate approval.
What happens after purchase?
