Manage website content through an AI agent

We add a secure API and a project-specific skill for Codex and Claude Code to an existing website. You can ask the agent to find and update records, create content, prepare translations, work with images, and verify the outcome. The regular admin panel remains available for control and manual work.

Connecting one agreed working content workflow starts from $500. This covers the complete cycle from reviewing the website to verifying the result with real tasks.

A natural-language task passing through validation into structured website content

When this approach is useful

  • Content changes frequently and the admin workflow contains many repetitive steps.
  • The website has connected records, categories, languages, SEO fields, or images that must stay consistent.
  • The task involves more than writing copy: records must be found, duplicates checked, fields completed by rule, and publication controlled.

Outcome: a working agent interface for one agreed content workflow, connected to the existing website without removing its regular admin panel.

Turn a chain of admin actions into one task

The agent receives neither unrestricted database access nor vague instructions. It works through a limited API and follows the rules of the specific website.

Describe the outcome, not every field

You state the result you need. The agent finds the relevant records, prepares the data, and follows the agreed sequence of operations.

Website rules travel with the workflow

The skill explains content types, required fields, accepted values, relationships, languages, and rules for copy and images.

Changes remain controlled

The workflow can show a plan, request confirmation, enforce permissions and validation, then read the saved record back for verification.

What you receive

The price covers the complete implementation cycle for one agreed content-management workflow.

  • A review of the current admin panel, data structure, and repetitive content work.
  • A secure content API for the agreed read and write operations.
  • A Codex and Claude Code skill describing entities, fields, content rules, and restrictions.
  • Search, creation, or updates for the selected content types, including relationships and images where included in the agreed workflow.
  • Permission and data checks, confirmation for important changes, result readback, and practical example commands.

The existing admin panel stays available. Codex or Claude Code subscriptions and model usage are not included in the development fee. Additional content types, bulk operations, and integrations are estimated separately.

How we work

Four clear stages, each with an agreed outcome.

  1. Choose one valuable workflow

We identify which admin tasks take the most time, who performs them, and what result the user needs.

  2. Design safe access

We define allowed operations, permissions, validation, confirmations, and how the website's existing business rules stay intact.

  3. Build the API and skill

We connect the operations to the website and describe its entities, fields, relationships, content rules, and verification sequence for the agent.

  4. Test with real tasks

We run the agreed workflow, verify the saved data, and provide example commands for everyday use.

Tested on a complex content system

This approach has been used in a live multilingual project with articles, places, events, classified listings, images, and connected records.

The practical value comes from completing the workflow rather than generating isolated text: checking existing data, preparing the material, saving it under project rules, and reading the result back.

Questions and answers

Can this be connected to any website with an admin panel?

It can work with most websites where the server-side code or a suitable API is accessible. We first review the technology, data model, and current admin restrictions. Closed website builders and hosted CMS platforms depend on the API they provide.

Will the AI agent replace the existing admin panel?

No. The admin panel remains useful for browsing, filtering, control, and manual changes. The agent becomes an additional interface for tasks that combine information preparation with many sequential actions.

What will the agent be able to do?

Only the operations agreed in advance. These may include finding and creating content, updating fields, checking duplicates, and working with categories, translations, or images. The exact capability set follows the selected workflow.

How is website data protected?

The agent works through an API rather than directly with the database. Access is limited by permissions and allowed operations; data is validated, important changes can require confirmation, and saved records can be read back and checked.

Why does pricing start from $500?

Website architecture, permissions, content types, relationships, localisation, and image workflows differ. After a short technical review, we define one complete workflow and provide a fixed estimate for its full implementation cycle.

Do I need to pay separately for Codex or Claude Code?

Yes. The development fee covers the API, skill, and integration of the selected workflow, but not the agent subscription or model usage. Those costs depend on the chosen service and usage volume.

Choose a workflow to manage through an agent

Share the website and briefly describe what you currently do through its admin panel: which content you create or update, how often, and where the process takes the most time.

Next, we review the website, recommend one limited starting workflow, and outline the exact cost, timeline, and access requirements.
